Terms and Conditions for Website Management Plans

1. Minimum Term Commitment: All plans require a minimum commitment of 1 year.
2. Support and Communication: Plans below the E-commerce level are managed exclusively through our online support platform at https://support.xava.ie. Email support is not available for these plans; no exceptions will be made.
3. Payment Terms: Payments must be made via direct debit. Credit cards and other payment methods are not accepted.
4. Early Termination Policy: If a client terminates the contract before 9 months, they are obligated to pay for the full 12-month term. Termination after the 9th month but before the 12-month term incurs no penalty.
5. Pricing Inquiries: For annual and multi-year pricing options, please contact us directly.
